Booking of a guest house is a slightly more different process than booking of a regular hotel room. That is why, please read carefully our terms and conditions for renting a house and/or apartment of “Vacation Houses Boyana”, village of Cherni Vit.

When you book a house and/or apartment in “Vacation houses Boyana”, it is considered automatically that you have entered into a renting contract between the Manager or their representative, and a representative of the group that have made the booking, and that the last one is familiar with the terms and conditions of “Vacation houses Boyana”.

The renting contract comes into force after the Manager, or a representative of “Vacation houses Boyana” confirms the reservation in writing on the given email address with all the details of the booking as a price, dates, included services etc. It is also considered as valid a confirmation over the phone.

The reservation, the address of “Vacation houses Boyana”, contact details of the Manager or their representative, conditions and instructions of meeting and accommodation will be present in the confirmation of your booking on the provided email address or over the phone, and when an advance payment is received a document for that will be issued.

The same document needs to be presented on arrival, together with an identity document of the representative of the guests, who has made the booking.

* prices are valid for bookings made after 01 January 2024!
* your final prices, any additional discounts, advance payments, terms of payment and cancellation policy will be confirmed in the booking form, provided to you by email.
* the price of booking, discounts, advance payments and cancellation penalties are fully guaranteed, even in the cases, when “Vacation houses Boyana” makes some corrections of those, after the date of confirmed booking.

Schedule of availability

Terms of stay

Your booking is considered as confirmed after receiving of a deposit payment within 2 working days after the date of your written confirmation of your booking on the provided by you email address.

The deposit due is as follows:

  • for booking of 1 night stay – 100% payment by bank transfer
  • for booking of 2 to 5 nights stay – 50% from the total amount by bank transfer
  • for booking of more than 5 nights stay – 25% deposit from the total amount, paid by bank transfer

If the deposit payment is not made and received within 2 working days from the date of confirming the booking, “Vacation Houses Boyana” reserves the right to invalidate the booking.

All payments have to be made in Bulgarian levs, unless something else hasn’t been specified with the Manager of “Vacation houses Boyana”.

The payment of the price agreed will be carried out on the spot, at your arrival in the place of accommodation.

The reservation price is fully guaranteed, even in the cases, when “Vacation houses Boyana” makes some corrections in the prices of stay, after the date of confirmed booking.

Hours for check in and check out

  • Check in from 14:00 pm.
  • Check out up to 12:00 pm, unless other instructions have been given.

Vacation house “Boyana” provides the possibility for earlier check in and/or later check out after additional specifying with the Manager or their representative.

In order to optimize your stay, it is necessary to notify the Manager of “Vacation houses Boyana”, or their representative for any changes in the schedule of your stay.

Change or cancellation of confirmed booking

Change of reservation from the guests

If the guest would like to change a confirmed booking, it is necessary to contact “Vacation Houses Boyana” on the provided phone number, or to express their wish for a change in writing to the given email address.
“Vacation houses Boyana” gives the opportunity to change your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellation/ annulment of booking from the guests

If the guest would like to cancel the whole confirmed reservation or to cancel/annul one or more days of such, then it is necessary to notify “Vacation houses Boyana” over the phone or with a written cancellation notification by email.

“Vacation houses Boyana” gives the opportunity to cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the date of arrival. If that term is not kept a cancellation penalty is due, which is the price for the first booked night.

It is advisable to inform all members of the party (if there is such) for any changes or cancellations from the person, who has done the booking.

Cancellation/ annulment of a booking from “Vacation houses Boyana”

If for any reason “Vacation houses Boyana” has to cancel/annul already confirmed reservation, their Manager or his representative will contact you over the phone, or in writing by email, and the following options will be provided for you:

  • change of reservation dates
  • full refund of the paid amount for the confirmed booking
  • to provide the same or a higher class accommodation in the same area, where “Vacation houses Boyana” are located, and the difference in payment is at the expense of “Vacation houses Boyana”

It is advisable to inform all members of the party (if there is such) for any changes or cancellations from the person, who has done the booking.
