Boyana House

The house is a single floor bungalow, newly built and has to offer a living room, dining room, kitchen box, three bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom, one shared bathroom and a service room.
In the living room there is a soft furnished corner set apart, where you can spend pleasant moments with friends or have some play with your children, when the weather doesn’t allow you to be outside.
The uniting element in this internal space is the fireplace that has been delicately planned, so it can be at the same time a secluded area from the side of the living room, and it can also be a chatty participant in your conversations in the dining room.
The dining room can take up to 8 people and is a nice place to eat or have a chat in the winter days. During the warm days everything happens in the yard.
The kitchen is supplied with everything you need, in order to prepare your own food – at your disposal you have a refrigerator, a cooker, a washing machine, a coffee machine and cutlery/crockery.
There are three bedrooms. Two of them with double beds, and one with single beds. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom.
The house has a large and nice-looking yard. From one side it does abut on a river and the other side borders the forest.
At one side of the yard there is a covered BBQ with a dining table. Here you can bake a lamb in a specially purpose built furnace, you can prepare a tasty barbeque or just have some friendly chat in the shadow. At the same time there is a pleasantly formed sitting corner, which is comfortable for your morning coffee, as well as your afternoon rest and long evenings with family and friends; it’s even good to do your job if you need to have your laptop on.
